Finding Mint Condition couldn't be easier. Situated in the idyllic countryside Mint is ideally situated on the Hampshire/Surrey Borders.

From Guildford/Farnham. Head towards Alton on the A31. At the Hen and Chicken Public House turn left (signposted Wyck and Mill Court). Follow this to end. Turn left at the crossroads. Mint Condition is 300 metres on the left hand side.
