2. Fitness MOT & Assessment
As a follow up appointment we will evaluate your current fitness and relate that directly to your goals. This gives you valuable personal information about your current health and fitness levels.
Our fitness assessment includes:
- Cardio-vascular fitness check
- Flexibility/mobility/strength/movement check up
- Basic health check, Blood Pressure, Lung efficiency, resting/exercising heart rate, weight and body-fat percentage, BMI
3. First Personal Training session
Once we have a thorough understanding of you we will start your personal training sessions. This will initially work on your special weaknesses whether that's strength, mobility, cardio-vasular or flexibility. Your personalised plan is then developed week by week by your personal trainer to get the best out of every session in the gym.
Our Fees
Our fees are personalised depending on your exact needs. We offer a totally bespoke Personal Training service within a unique training environment. The fees are payable monthly with the following benefits:
- Personal Training in our private facility
- Free use of the gym facility anytime
