Once you have booked your trial with us, one of our personal trainers will meet with you at Mint Condition and start with a consultation. This usually takes around one hour. Every client is unique and that is why we take the time to get to know you and your body, we’ll discuss your goals, your fitness background and general health. Once we have completed the initial consultation, we will do a thorough fitness assessment, looking at flexibility, mobility, balance, posture and identifying any strengths and weaknesses you may have. This will help us create a programme exactly catered to your needs!

Next you will receive a trial personal training session, during this session we’ll test your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll get use of our fully equipped gym including treadmills, cross trainers, spin bikes, Concept 2 rowing machines, multi cable machine, a wide range of free weights. We also have a quiet studio which we can use.

We also specialise in injury rehabilitation, pre & post-operative fitness, and exercise strategies for longevity and health.
